Clevedon Triathlon

Channel Events are excited to be bringing you the 2025 Clevedon Sprint Triathlon!

Although we have organised many triathlons in Minehead, this is our very first in Clevedon!  Last year we were handed the baton for the Clevedon SwimRun which was a huge success so we’re back for 2025 with the SwimRun on the Saturday (after Parkrun) and then the triathlon on the Sunday!  We’re striving to cement this as an amazing celebration weekend of swim, bike, run in 2025 and beyond. 

It will utilise the magnificent Marine Lake where a 750m open water swim will start off the event in the safety of the lake with a backdrop of the glorious Victorian Clevedon Pier. The bike route is fast and undulating with a loop towards the village of Portishead and back on some stunning roads with sea views across the channel to Wales. Finally, you’ll take on the 5km run route. A mix of flat paved seafront promenade and scenic trails around Poets Walk and Wains Hill and then you’ll return to the Salthouse Fields to finish with your arms aloft, smiling for the camera!
